Squash

Our squash also benefit from our rich soil. We grow butternut a popular squash because it gives you lots of eatable squash for it’s size, buttercup also very popular because of it’s great taste and texture, hubbard also a high yielding squash and excellent for pies, pepper (or acorn) great when split length wise and baked with a little butter and brown sugar, and last but not least spaghetti squash usually baked in the oven then served with sauce in place of pasta.
